Shipping destinations in the continental US (lower 48) and Canada only.

Via Canada Post ground parcel (estimated 8-14 business days), includes tracking number and insurance. 

*Excluded items are:
-Used auto parts (exception: small parts under 500 grams)
-Floor mats (carpet and aluminum)
-Leather dash upholstery
-Any oversize or very large item

Return Policy:
-$10 Flat Rate Ground shipping applies to all orders of $149 and over.
-If your order total goes below $149 due to a returned item, the ground shipping fee that would normally have been applied will be deducted from your refund.
-If you choose to receive a store credit instead then the shipping fee will not be deducted.

-Please call us before returning any item. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Processing Number.
-Items must be returned within 30 days of shipping date in original and unused condition for a refund.
-No returns shipped COD will be accepted.
-Customer is responsible for all risks of loss and damage to products being shipped for return, exchange or replacement. Please fully insure return shipment in case of loss or damage. Use a carrier that can provide you with a tracking number and proof of delivery. Do not use UPS or Fedex ground as they charge ridiculously high brokerage fees. UPS Air is acceptable.
-All brokerage fees incurred due to your returned item(s) will be deducted from your refund or credit.
-Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
-A credit to your account (less a 15% restocking fee) will apply for all items returned after 30 days from shipping date in original and unused condition.
-Absolutely no refund or credit for CUSTOM orders such as leather interior matches or specially ordered interior kits. In the event of a defective part, it will be replaced.
-No returns or refunds for gift certificates.
