-Synthetic woods and composites are guaranteed against fading, yellowing, cracking or delaminating for a period of 10 years.
-Authentic woods are guaranteed against fading, yellowing, cracking or delaminating for a period of 3 years.
-Adhesive properties are not guaranteed.
-Silk screening are not warrantied.
Re-Upholstery Seat Kits
-ALL vehicle seat covers are warranted exclusively to the original purchaser for 3 years against all manufacturing and material defect. Should you receive, or should any part of your seat covers become defective during the warranty (which begins on the date of delivery to you), we will, at our discretion, repair or replace them free of charge (except shipping) provided:
-They have not been damaged during installation.
-They have not been subjected to any type of abusive use or use for which they were not manufactured.
-They have not been altered or repaired by anyone without our prior approval.
-No harsh chemical or silicone based products have been applied to them, intentionally or by accident.
-This warranty does not cover scuffs, cuts, tears, scratches or abrasions which would be considered normal wear and tear.
-Variations in color dye lots are not covered under warranty.
-This warranty is valid for the actual product itself.
Used Auto Parts
-Used parts are guaranteed 90 days from the time the part is received for defects within the part. Improper installation, mis-use or abusive use of the part will void any warranty.
-Though our Express shipping service does state it includes insurance this is not the case for used auto parts. Unfortunately, private shipping companies such as UPS, FedEx and DHL do not offer insurance coverage on used auto parts (this seems to be an industry standard). Therefore, any damages occurrring during the shipping transit is not warrantied by Jager Engineering or the shipping company. If additional insurance is available or offered by the shipping company we highly suggest taking it.
Other
All products not mentioned above are warrantied for a period of 365 days from the date the product was shipped.
-Warranty only covers manufacturer defect.
-Warranty does not cover mis-handling, improper installation or wear and tear.
-Any alteration of the product, improper use or installation in a car other than what the product was designed for will void any and all warranties.
-Many of our items are manufactured by hand. Therefore slight irregularities between the same products should be expected.
