| Return Policy |
| -Please call us before returning any item. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Processing Number. |
| -Items must be returned within 30 days of shipping date in original and unused condition for a refund. |

| -No returns shipped COD will be accepted. |

| -Customer is responsible for all risks of loss and damage to products being shipped for return, exchange or replacement. Please fully insure return shipment in case of loss or damage. Use a carrier that can provide you with a tracking number and proof of delivery. Do not use UPS or Fedex ground as they charge high brokerage fees. UPS Air is acceptable. |

| -All brokerage fees incurred due to your returned item(s) will be deducted from your refund or credit. |

| -Refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee. |

| -A credit to your account (less a 10% restocking fee) will apply for all items returned after 30 days from shipping date in original and unused condition. |

| -Absolutely no refund or credit for CUSTOM orders such as leather interior matches or specially ordered interior kits. In the event of a defective part, it will be replaced. |
