This item is a blem - about 4 light scratches near the top edge of the plate.

Our shift plate covers are custom manufactured and designed for use with a full boot or short boot. The cover fits over top of the existing shift plate.

These plates have the drive letters laser cut out of them allowing you to see through.  Really handy for those that have the list up shift area.
