Garage9.com ships all orders via Canada Post.
Regular Air Mail: CanadaPost provides no tracking or insurance with this option. Transit time is approximately 7-15 business days for North America. 10-84 business days for International destinations. Garage9 offers this lower cost shipping option for those on a limited budget however Garage9 does not recommend using Regular Air Mail as there is no possibility to make a loss or damage claim with either Canada Post or Garage9 (since this service provides no insurance coverage).
Ground or Tracked Air Mail: This service is recommended over Regular Air Mail since it includes insurance and can be tracked. Transit times would be about the same as Regular Air Mail, however some this service may not be available for all destinations. Additionally, transit times for some North American destinations such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and some other non-continental addresses may take longer.
Express Mail: This service includes insurance and tracking. Service can take 3-5 business days in North America. 3-8 business days for International destinations. Please note that this service may not be available for all countries.
-The shipping quote stated during the checkout process is the best guesstimate based on your order and location however there are times when the actual shipping is either lower or higher. If the actual shipping is lower by $5 or more, a refund will be issued. If the actual shipping is $5 or more over the quoted shipping, an email will be sent out to inform the customer before the order is shipped out.
-Shipping transit times can differ from quoted times due to various reasons such as: peak holiday seasons, border examinations, weather, strike actions and other issues which are not in the control of Garage9.com.
-Please contact us through our Contact Us form before returning any item. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Processing Number.
-It is the responsibility of the customer to check the order upon receipt within 15 days.
-For a refund or credit, customer must contact Garage9 within 15 days of receiving the order.
-Item must be shipped back in the original packaging and unused condition.
-A full refund (or credit) less the original shipping will be issued only if the item is in 100% re-stockable condition.
-All returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
-No returns shipped COD will be accepted.
-Customer is responsible for all risks of loss and damage to products being shipped for return, exchange or replacement. Please fully insure return shipment in case of loss or damage. lease use USPS (not UPS or Fedex, as they charge high brokerage fees which will be deducted from your refund).
-All brokerage fees and import duties incurred due to your returned item(s) will be deducted from your refund or credit. Therefore it is highly advisable that you ship using simple USPS air mail and declare a very low value.
-Absolutely no refund or credit for CUSTOM orders such as dash trim kits, individual dash trim pieces, leather interior matches, leather dash fitted re-upholstery or interior trim kits (as these are always custom made to order). In the event of a defective part, it will be replaced, if customer has notified Garage9.com of the issue within 30 days of receiving the custom item(s).
-No returns or refunds for gift certificates.
Used Auto Parts:
-Used auto parts can be returned within 15 days of receipt of the item only if due to a manufacturing defect in the part.
-However, if the damage has occurred during transit we cannot warranty or issue a refund as shipping companies do not offer insurance on used auto parts. Please see our warranty page for more information.
